Common questions

Can I pay weekly instead of monthly?

Yes. You pick weekly, every two weeks, or monthly at signup, and you can switch any time. Minimums are $40, $75, and $150.

What if I have a bad month?

Skip a payment. Twice a year, straight from your account page, no explanation needed. Billing picks back up on its own.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel any time online. Most people would rather put what they’ve saved toward a smaller scope of work, and we’ll help you figure out what that covers. If you’d rather have the money back, we refund it minus a program fee that gets smaller the closer you got.

What if the price changes before we start?

That’s what the check-ins are for. At 25% and 50% we ask for fresh photos and revisit the number. At 90% someone comes out and gives you a locked-in price before any work happens.

Do I have to send photos?

No. They help us get your goal right, and we’ll ask after you enroll, but nothing about your plan depends on it. We’ve seen every situation there is and we don’t judge any of them.

Can someone else contribute?

Family or a property manager can call us and we’ll apply their payment to your balance. A shareable link is coming.
